As a leader in fostering community collaboration, Langelihle co-founded the Manzini Book Buzz Festival 2024, a literacy and public speaking initiative, and played a key role in developing the Municipal Stakeholder Engagement Plan 2024–2025. She facilitated MOUs with Eswatini utility providers to improve infrastructure management and is certified by the MTN Digital Skills Academy in communication strategies.
